Use Internet Explorer version 6 or 7 and inactivate possible firewalls before you send away your application. The faster your connection speed, the faster you will be able to send files with attachment

Attachments

The maximum size of attachments is totally 4 Mb. We can handle the following file formats: doc, docx, xls, ppt, pdf, rtf, txt, jpg and gif. Check the file's size in advance before uploading it, otherwise the previously uploaded attachments will disappear and you will have to start over again.
